In a noble humanitarian gesture, many employees in major companies participated in blood donation drives organized in coordination with the Association of Friends of the National Cancer-free Initiative, AFNCI, through the association’s blood donor affairs department. These drives were held at the companies’ premises in support of our heroic children, the cancer fighters at 57357.
Among the most prominent supporting companies, with whom the cooperation in good deeds has extended for years and who participated in holding blood donation drive this current month of April 2025 at their premises, are:
· Ahmed Dawoud Motors Factory in 6th of October City, which has a long-standing relationship with the association for over twenty years through organizing annual blood donation campaigns to support the children of 57357.
· Ibn Sina Pharma.
· Venus Lighting Factory, which is considered a key partner, as its support has not been limited to blood donations but has also extended to providing in-kind donations of its products to support the hospital for many years.
· Ball Egypt Beverages and Al Giza Systems also participated in the campaigns this month.
The blood donation drives were organized within their respective premises and were characterized by broad participation from workers and employees who demonstrated a high spirit of solidarity and social responsibility towards the children of Hospital 57357.
The cooperation between companies and AFNCI through blood donation drives is a remarkable model of community partnership. It underscores that the role of workers does not stop at the boundaries of production and daily work but extends to include supporting the most important humanitarian causes, foremost of which is the treatment of children with cancer.
On this day, we extend our deepest thanks and appreciation to all the workers who donated their blood to save the lives of children, and to the institutions that provided their generous support to the children of 57357.
Every year, may the workers of Egypt be well… and every year, may you be a support for our children.
