This project aims to expand the unit to 27 rooms and equip them for bone marrow transplantation on the sixth floor of the Hospital’s main building, where the number of BMT rooms presently is 9 rooms, and these are not enough to cater to the waiting list which amounts to 350 patients. According to the current capacity, the number of BMT performed annually is 111. This means that children will wait for years, facing the dreadful disease with no hope for recovery. If you decide to support us, those children will have a second chance of surviving and you will rekindle the hope of their families to see them cured, God willing. The total cost of this project is 50 million Egyptian pounds.
