On the occasion of the holy month, AFNCI’s management board is wishing all our donors and charity partners a happy and blessed Ramadan. With your support the Association pursues its achievements to improve healthcare services provided to cancer patients in addition to supporting its largest accomplishment, Hospital 57357.
As such, the Association is exerting utmost efforts to continue its support to the National Cancer Institute, NCI, as it contributes to the provision of a part of medications on an annual basis, provides transportation for the institute’s patients and staff to and from Altagamoe Al Awal hospital and providing maintenance to the institute’s out-patients clinics which it established besides equipping Altagamoe Al Awal hospital.
The Association continues its support to Hospital 57357 by contributing to the establishment of its new expansion projects that will transform the Hospital into an integrated medical complex. In this context, the Association contributed to the establishment and equipment of the treatment building A, adding 40 beds to Hospital 5357’s capacity.
On another front, AFNCI is pursuing the sponsorship of 57357’s educational and training programs, developing and equipping the pathology lab, and offering vaccination for recovered children to protect them from diseases, and upgrading part of the Hospital’s beds.
Despite the crisis that the country is going through because of the COVID-19 virus, the Association is maximizing efforts to offer safe free blood for cancer patients in the NCI, Hospital 57357, Cairo University hospitals and the Red Cross , thanks to the blood donation campaigns organized by the blood donation affairs department in companies, hotels and big industrial institutions while applying all safety and sanitization measures.
To protect the health of Egyptians, the Association continues to sponsor the installation of drinking water connections to the houses of the neediest villages in upper Egypt. It is also committed to organizing awareness campaigns around topics such as causes of diseases and healthy nutrition guidelines, as it believes that protection is better than treatment.
Thanks to your support, AFNCI has 22 years of continuous giving in favor of adult and children cancer patients. During Ramadan, the charity month, you can become a giving partner and draw a smile on a patient’s face by selecting one of the following donation programs:
“Honoring one’s parents” program through which the donor provides 1000 pounds to share in all the Association projects
Providing clean drinking water for a family in upper Egypt for an amount of 400 pounds, you will receive a receipt for sharing as a donor in establishing one of the water purification stations that the Association is working on now, in order to protect the neediest families from diseases.
You may sponsor all the vaccinations needed by a cancer recovered child for 750 pounds, or share in it for 250 or 500 pounds
Participating partly in the cost of a cancer patient bed in Hospital 57357, as an ongoing sadaka, for 500 pounds (we may send you a list of needed parts)
Our charity partners, your donation contributes to ending the suffering of thousands of adult and children cancer patients, and offering them the care they are entitled to, and also contributing to protecting our people in the neediest villages from diseases and offering them a decent life.
