It is\nopened daily except Fridays, to offer all means of help and support to the\nInstitute\u2019s patients. It helps patients through procedures and paperwork,\nreplying to their inquiries, finding &nbsp;room in the guesthouse for patients\ncoming from faraway areas, as well as transferring patients to and from\nendoscopy clinics in Altagamoe, in addition to providing morale support\nthroughout the treatment period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Association\u2019s office is also responsible for organizing visits\nfor groups or individuals, handing out gifts and toys to adults and children\npatients. It organizes birthday parties and trips to entertainment places and\npublic parks for children. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<br\\>\n<br\\>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The fifth floor library of the NCI<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pursuing to offer patients all means of comfort and to\nalleviate their suffering, the Association established a library on the fifth\nfloor. Volunteers\nsupported and pushed forward the implementation of the project. AFNCI fully equipped\nthe library to become an oasis of distraction, specially for outpatients and\ntheir families during their long waiting hours. The library was equipped with\nair conditions, computers, TV\u2019s, entertainment tools and toys. This is the area\nwhere birthdays and entertaining events are held. A team of workers take care\nof the library and the Association pays their salaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-4 is-cropped\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<br\\>\n<br\\>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AFNCI provides a team of security personnel and affords their salaries<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure order\nand security and organize patients flow inside the NCI, AFNCI hired 44 security\npersonnel to oversee the maintenance and security of NCI properties of\nbuildings, equipment, medications, files and furniture. Security personnel are\nresponsible for organizing the flow of patients, companions and visitors through\nthe main gate, directing patients to their destination, and helping doctors in\nthe out-patient clinics by organizing the waiting time and the entrance and\nexit of patients. Security personnel are strictly applying AFNCI\u2019s instructions\nwhen dealing with patients and their relations and work hard to alleviate their\nburden and ensure their comfort. Furthermore, &nbsp;the Association bears\nthe cost of the salaries of the operation and maintenance staff. The elevators\nserve daily more than two thousand people including patients, healthcare staff\nand physicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped\"><li
